Chris Gribnau started playing the trumpet in the 5th grade. He studied classical and jazz trumpet performance as well as music education at UVM. He started playing with Sabor when he was nineteen. Through Sabor, Chris has developed a love for latin music. He has had the pleasure of playing behind Paquito D'Rivera and "Chocolate" Armenteros - and studied music in Cuba. Chris currently teaches music in West Lebanon, New Hampshire.
